Privacy policy

What data we process, why, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

2. What data we process and why

If you write to us through the contact form

  • Data: name, work email, company, sales team size and the message you write.
  • Purpose: replying to your request and, if you ask for it, preparing and holding a call with you.
  • Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Retention: as long as needed to handle your request. If we don't end up working together, we delete it no later than 12 months after the last contact.

If you book a call

  • Data: whatever you enter in Calendly (usually name, email, phone number and the date you choose).
  • Purpose: organising and holding the call with an advisor.
  • Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Retention: the same as for the contact form.

If we have contacted you by email

Tirtuzza Studio contacts managers at companies (general management, sales, export) whose activity may be relevant to our services.

  • Data: professional data: name, role, company, work email and, in some cases, phone number and professional profile; plus the history of our messages and your replies.
  • Source: B2B data providers (Apollo.io, Lusha), your company's website, public trade-fair exhibitor catalogues and public professional profiles.
  • Purpose: presenting our services in a professional context and following up that first contact to a limited extent.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in business-to-business prospecting (art. 6.1.f GDPR), limited to professional contacts and with the option to object at any time.
  • How to opt out: every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you use it, or write to info@tirtuzzastudio.com, we stop contacting you.
  • Retention: no more than 24 months from the last contact. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email on a suppression list so we never write to you again.
  • Use of artificial intelligence: we use AI models to analyse public information about your company and draft the first message. No decisions with legal effects on you are taken automatically.

If you just visit the website

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies (see the cookie policy). The hosting provider logs technical data about the visit, such as your IP address, to serve the website and protect it from abuse.

3. Who we share data with

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with providers that process it on our behalf and for the purposes above:

  • Netlify (United States): website hosting and receipt of the contact form.
  • Calendly (United States): call booking.
  • Google (United States): the email service used to send and receive prospecting emails.
  • Hostinger (European Union): servers running our database, CRM and automations.
  • Anthropic (United States): the artificial intelligence model used to analyse companies and draft messages.
  • Apollo.io and Lusha: B2B professional data providers.

We may also disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.

4. International transfers

The controller is established in the United Arab Emirates and several providers are in the United States, outside the European Economic Area. These transfers take place with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider has joined it. You can ask us for more information at info@tirtuzzastudio.com.

5. Your rights

You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent where it is the basis for processing. Email us at info@tirtuzzastudio.com saying which right you want to exercise; we will reply within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Spain it is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data: restricted access, encrypted connections and providers that offer security guarantees.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers or the law change. The date of the last update appears at the top.
