The starting point
AFIP SDK is a B2B software company with its own product. As in many small companies in the sector, prospecting depended on the team's spare time: it happened when there was a gap and stopped when work arrived.
What it needed was not more emails, but a process that ran every day, with clarity about who was written to, why, and what happened after each reply.
What we did
Micro-ICPs
We split the market into groups of customers with a specific problem, such as customs agents, transport, e-commerce or software houses, instead of one huge audience.
One message per group
Each micro-ICP receives a different message, written for its problem rather than a common template.
Sending infrastructure
Dedicated sending domains and warmed mailboxes, to protect the reputation of the main domain.
Multichannel campaigns and CRM
Email and LinkedIn sequences, with every reply recorded in the CRM so the team continues with full context.
What the client says
“Tirtuzza built our outbound system and the automations that run it. Prospecting stopped depending on the team's spare time and became a process that runs every day.”
